To control contract costs, the following deadlines have been set where your rooms and discount rates are guaranteed.

Firm deadline: April 5th, Friday
Please note: The deadline for guaranteed rate and room coverage has ended. However, as of now and while room supplies last (or until we hear from GT Hotel) the group rate and room block link below is still available.

Please Note :
- For nights needed before or after the dates listed above, please make a separate reservation directly with the Hotel. Once you reserve the Hotel for your Consortium stay using the room block link above, you will receive a reservation number. You may share this with the hotel as you reserve your room directly with them, and request to stay in the same room. Although there is no guarantee, the hotel always does their best to accomodate.
- A credit card is required to make hotel reservations with the room block link. The hotel will keep the number on file, and it will be charged at the time of checking in. (More info below.)
- Guest rooms are by defalut non-smoking with King sized beds. Different accomodations can be requested by directly reaching out to GT Hotel.
- Billing of additional nights to Georgia Tech beyond the dates listed above is subject to prior approval, and is not guranteed.
- Please include any requests/inquiries in the request boxes during the registration process, and/or contact the hotel directly,
- GT covers for the room and tax at the GT Hotel. Incidental charges, such as the restaurant charges, room services, un-approved parking fees, are not covered nor will be reimbursed, and will be charged to your card on file.
- When checking in to the hotel, the card on file will be charged with incidental deposits of $50/nights. This will be returned upon check out if there are no charges.
- For alternative or special arrangements, please contact the hotel direcly, and include us in the communication where possible.
- Hotel rooms outside of GT Hotel will not be covered. However, for your conveninece, other nearby hotels can be looked up here from this Google map.
- If you haven't done so already, please be sure to fill out the VIP Consortium Registration Form here.
- If you are an undergraduate student, please reach out to Leah Minwiser at lmisemer6 (at) gatech.edu for accomodations. (Deadline: May 5th) Room arrangements for participating students are to be handled differently.
- Should you decide to cancel the trip and/or stay at the Hotel, please write to them to request cancellation. Kindly CC-us in the email.
