VIP teams recruiting students for the upcoming semester. Presenter(s) can be faculty, instructors or students. |
| Who can request poster printing? |
All new teams can request a poster to help with your recruitment efforts. All teams that haven't received printing support in the past 12 months can also request a new poster. Poster template can be downloaded here. Upon completion, please take your poster with you for future sessions, as we are not able to hold them afterwards. |
| RSVP | Would you like to have a table, a power cable, or your poster printed? Then please... 1) RSVP below. Would you like to have your poster printed? Then please... 2) Email in the print ready PPT to vip@gatech.edu by Thursday Jan. 4th, noon at the latest. We will have your poster ready the day of. Already have a poster? Bring it in! But we'd still love to have your RSVP below. This allows us to include your team in promotions (email blasts, social media, listing on day of event, etc.) and to provide enough easles for all teams. |
